Pregnant Rates According ro Different Time of hCG Injection Using Superovulation with GnRH Agonist

Abstract

|
Seventy-six infertile women, who visited dept. of OB & GYN, Pusan National University Hospital from Jan. 1992 to Apr. 1992 were hyperstinulation with GnRH agonist and human Menopasual Gonadotropin, a regimen which allows programmed cycles and
delayed
oocyte regimen which programmed cycles and delayed oocyte retrieval.
One group (50 cycles) in whon oocyte retrieval was performed according to standard criteria and another group in whon occyte retrieval was delayed to avoid working at weekend.
@ES The results were as follows:
@EN 1. The obstained rates of mature oocytes in standard group (60.7%) and delayed group (61.2%) did not differ significantly.
2. The fertilization rates in standard group(70.3%) and delayed group(75.3%) did not differ significantly.
3. The cleavage rates in standard group (94.3%) and delayed group (96.9%) did not differ significantly.
4. The embryo qualities in standard group (59.6%) and delayed group (63.2%) did not differ significantly.
5. Pregnant rates in standard group (19.6%) and delayed group (26.1%) did not differ significantly.
